Beach Trip Shutterfly Book

Scott and I took a very unplanned trip to the beach this summer. Somehow, we found ourselves with no kids and no plans for the weekend, so we threw a bag together, grabbed our bathingsuits and out the door we went!

I did NOT even take my DSLR, so all of the pics are iPhone pics!!

"You're not a bad mom, Mom"......

So, my hubby and my boys went camping a few weekends ago, with some friends. The friends consisted of other couples...and their kids.....but, I was the only mom who opted out of the trip.

Now, let me say that there were other men...who were supposed to go solo, but they backed out...so, it left my hubby as the solo one of the bunch, which in turn, made me feel bad.

When they got home, the boys raved and raved about how much fun Mrs. So and so was...and how much Mrs. So and So was not scared...and she hiked, and blah blah blah.

So, I proclaimed to my family, "hey, I know. I am a terrible mom. I am sorry, I wish your wife and mom were way more cool and could EVEN STAND THE THOUGHT OF CAMPING AND PEEING IN A DUG HOLE" (are you kidding!)

Anyways, Chap then proceeded to say "You're not a bad mom, Mom....you just have way more fun in other ways".

So.....there!

I am feeling all mushy about it. I think I might just make a craft :)

Christmas Cards on Shutterfly! How do I choose!

Does anyone else have this problem? This is one of the cards I was looking at for 2009?! But, now, for 2010, I am trying to decide! Too many choices....and it's almost December 1st!!! Yikes!

Christmas Cards already?!

Yes, I am in the mood! Already thinking of what my Christmas Cards are gonna be!

I have said it time and again, but.....yes, you know, one more time can't hurt!

One of my very favorite parts about Christmas is all of the Photo Cards. I love every single day checking the mail.

Waiting for new ones to arrive. Looking at beautiful families, creative card makers, and fabulous photos. Oh, how I love getting them in the mail.

So, I always want mine to be special. A personal touch.

For the past few years, I have turned to Shutterfly to help with that! I would LOVE to handmake every single one, but honestly, I just love toooooo many people to do that! I have to make them "by hand" on Shutterfly :)
