What great fun we had!!! I have no idea where to begin!
The trip down was great. Just a breeze. Scott and Jason took turns driving, and seemed like we were there in no time!
Note: in the picture, it is still dark outside. We had to be there quite early and we began lining up in our pace groups around 6:30am, fireworks, then Mickey gave us the great GO!!!
It was the most fun run in the world (pun intended!!) We just breezed right through the Animal Kingdom snapping pics along the way, waving at the cast members, lots of "characters" running with us! Too much fun!!
Running by Expedition Everest was great! So pretty, the sun was coming up, the path was clear and we just had fun!
Scott, of course, was waiting for us at the finish, bottles of water in hand..........they presented us with our medals, and we were done! Finished! Success!
So, we hung around for a little while, and then headed back for our villa!
Then--a few days in the parks and what can be better than that? We ate in Canada, got a Turkey Leg in Tomorrowland, kissed in front of the castle, watched Wishes!
Ahhh, life is good!
