I'm not a huge fan of sports drinks. As a matter of fact, I'm really just a water drinker.
But. When the Powerade Zero drops hit the market, love!!
I can add a little to my water to get what I need. But not waste a whole bottle.
I just toss this little beauty in my bag and its there when I need it!
Every runner girls dream!
